Meditate with me

You can train your mind while moving your body, in fact it's much better than sitting still for a lot of brains.

Learn the steps with me here then follow along for a full song.

What do you need? Just a little bit of space, such as next to your desk. You might want to get your water or tea handy, put your phone or your family on DND, close the door, open a window, shed your shoes or put them back on, change your clothes -- whatever you need to let yourself feel free to move and explore.

Take ten minutes to see how fast it can be to shift your mood with some easy movement.

Sessions are generally fortnightly and can be done online or in person.
