Lasting, sustainable, embodied recovery
is possible for you

  • You’ve managed to get yourself through a few months of not drinking but it still feels like work.
  • You’ve tried a bunch of things to manage your emotions but they still get out of hand too often.
  • You worked hard on your early sobriety but don’t have a couple hours each day to do personal development work any more.

Guess what? Not drinking can be a background fact about your life that doesn’t require special care. In this three-month course, you can go from reluctantly sober to living a new life without thinking about alcohol much at all. You don’t have to spend hours every week on this issue any more once you embed these ten essential qualities via somatic exercises combined with cognitive tools.

EMBODY your recovery.

Any quality can be amplified in your body with these simple science-based exercises combining self-inquiry with gestures and movements. It sounds simple and yet it can be quite profound.

Embodiment is how you make your thoughts real. It’s a perfect type of coaching when you are stuck in wanting to do something and not doing it.

Experience what it’s like to use the wisdom of your body to discover and amplify the version of yourself who is social, grounded, creative, and wise. You can learn how.

Imagine you have

  • Awareness not just of the lows of the past but also a vision that there could be more than what you have now
  • Acceptance of yourself, not in a begruding tolerating-because-I’m-trying-to-be-evolved way but in a loving, I-know-how-far-you’ve-come-and-i-believe-in-you way.
  • Strong resolve to navigate the really stubborn voice in your head even when it’s so loud
  • The ability to choose what to do next, and to make a choice that’s aligned with your values and your goals, and even to choose quickly
  • The ability to prod yourself into taking action even when you feel hopeless or exhausted
  • The ability to do all of the above in a compassionate way, giving yourself essential nurturing
  • The most powerful tool in my own toolbox: the ability to ask What If?
  • Finally, what if you had the capacity to feel joy?

The result you want is here with three months of embodied recovery.
