New embodiment series for business owners: Boss Moves

Starting in November I’ll present the Boss Moves concepts at a free workshop once a month.

Qualities like persistence, creativity, resilience, and patience are necessary for some aspects of your business, and each person will have skills in some areas and struggle in others. You can develop the qualities you need more of using embodied exercises in which I guide you through gestures and movements combined with powerful inquiry questions.

In each quality we’ll work on powerful language and lasting habits as well as the embodiment. Topics I suggest will follow my Cycle of the Year and those who are there live will also be able to suggest topics to be covered.

Join me on the third Wednesdays. Make sure you’ve joined the email list so you get all the details.
